Stormy was a registered Dem, but says she has changed her mind, "As is the case with so many of my fellow Louisianans, I have been a registered Democrat throughout my life. But now I cannot help but recognize that over time my libertarian values regarding both money and sex and the legal use of one for the other [are] now best espoused by the Republican Party.”
In a move counter to what many current Republicans see as a scandal, Stormy says the recent strip club spending spree by the RNC is what clinched the deal. "While this decision has not been an easy one, recent events regarding Republican National Committee fundraising at Voyeur, an L.A.-based lesbian bondage-themed nightclub, finally tipped the scales. For me, this spirit can be summed up in the RNC’s investment of donor funds at Voyeur. As someone who has worked extensively in both the club and film side of the adult entertainment industry, I know from experience that a mere $1,900 outlay at a club with the reputation of Voyeur is a clear indication of a frugal investment with a keen eye toward maximum return.”
I'm pretty sure I know what her announcement will be on the 15th. I doubt this is little more than a PR stunt. Still, as a form of youth outreach for the GOP (as long as those youths are over 18!), Stormy Daniels is a pretty good get! A this stage in the game, the party needs all the help it can find.

This surprises me. It would seem the Democrats have pretty much cornered the market on prostituting themselves out for money! She would fit right in there!
Well, take comfort. Most of the GOP seems more into little boys, so it's a bonus that she is a woman - and an adult.
? You've lost me on that one...
I give you Massa and Barney Frank as evidence contrary to this.
Not to speak of the metaphorical whores that accept bribes for the votes in the Democratic party as evidenced by the quid pro quo crap that went on in the health care debacle in the House.
Really? You guys act like that shit did not go on when the GOP was in charge. Like you're all so freakin' holier than thou. How many times did Tom Delay keep the floor open past the vote deadline so he could twist arms, make deals, and bribe GOP members? Pretty much every major vote when the GOP controlled Congress. Let's dismiss this ridiculous notion that making deals is somehow something that began with health care. Get real.
