An evil woman by the name of Yolanda Y. Glover, who lives at 4040 Curtis Ave, in Omaha was recently charged by Omaha Police with animal abuse. She is being held on a $10,000 bond. Here is what this sick fuck did. She forced her German Shephard to remain outside in the frigid cold (often times below zero degrees) for two weeks straight, did not provide food or water, and allowed the dog to die of starvation and hypothermia.
The Humane Society found the dog frozen to the bottom of its dog house, and the house had to be taken apart in order to remove the animal.
What kind of horrible human being could do such a thing? I cannot even comprehend the kind of cruelty needed to do this to a defenseless animal. If she didn't want or like the dog, why not just take it to the Humane Society? Why would someone torture a dog this way? I have no idea how this woman can sleep at night.
According to the Humane Society, the woman does have another dog.

That is indeed terrible and sad. I hope she is punished to the full extent of the law.
The laws in this area need to be toughened, the penalties stiffened, and the enforcement bulked up. I imagine this kind of thing (not to this extreme) happens more than we know.
