Also, I am jealous of you for having seen YLT as many times as you have! They have been one of my favorite bands during the last ten years. They can drone, they can do pop, they can do psychedelia... My favorite album of theirs may still be "I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One". I also like "Genius + Love" a lot, and these two latest ones are fantastic. But then of course there is the magnificence of "Electr-o-Pura"! 8-)>
YLT will be in Portland mid-week. It's killing me. I guess I can hope they will make an appearance at Sasquatch one of these times... Seems they are always in Portland on a Tuesday or Wednesday during the school year, when I can't take time off to make the 500-mile roundtrip from where I live to see them.
I do get away to Portland once in a while for a show, including GbV in 1999 and 2006 and Medeski Martin and Wood last year. Or to Seattle, where I made trips to see Warren Zevon a couple of years before he died, and Porcupine Tree when they had recently released "In Absentia".
And thanks for the tip on your program. The day and time you mentioned actually works fairly well for me to listen, and I need to check it out! Cheers
Well, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" is a worthy exception. It is pretty low brow humor, to be sure, but it is hysterical. One of the better comedies in a long time.

Thanks for the heads-up. I don't watch much TV besides sports and movies, but this looks like it might be a lot of fun!
That poor kitty... ! 8-)>
