There's a new episode of 30 Rock on tonight, but there is a better than average chance it will be delayed by president numb nuts' farewell address to the nation. As of now, NBC's schedule is showing that the farewell speech will come out of My Name Is Earl's time, and that 30 Rock will air on schedule. Regardless, you better manually adjust your DVR to end a bit later just in case.
