Too Hot To Fly?

Mmmm....I don't know. These two teenagers are claiming that they were detained for two hours after a Southwest flight from Tampa to Los Angeles, not because of anything they did, but because of jealousy over how attractive they are. They were held and questioned by the FBI, but were released without any charges.

"I think they were just discriminating against because we were young decent-looking girls. I mean, nobody else on the plane looked like us except us,” Sarah Williams (the blonde) said. “[The flight attendants] were like older ladies. We were younger. Who knows, they could have been just jealous of us because we were younger."

But there was more "evidence" of this discrimination as the other girl mentioned what can be called the "water incident."

"Swedberg (the brunette) said she asked a flight attendant for a bottle of water and was told she could wait until the rest of the flight was served. 'And I patiently waited and then when they came around with water, they skipped me,' she said."

Oh my, how these two have suffered. Southwest Airlines is claiming the two were not "too hot" to fly, but were rude and yelled profanities at other passengers. They have both been banned from all future Southwest flights.

That's the kind of hubris that only the young (and truly clueless) can really exhibit.
