Ahhh. The large boobs, the shiny dress, the blank stare. This is exactly how Jessica Simpson should always be (maybe going back to blonde, too, but I don't want to nitpick).
I'm going with no. I've heard her talk about times when she was 15 and lost gigs at churches because her boobs were too big. If you had huge knockers at 15 it stands to reason you'd have big ones as an adult too.
