I don't have a ton of time, so this will basically be a photo post. Here are some shots from the last two days in Alaska. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, I was not able to take a helicopter ride and walk on a glacier. That was the thing I was most looking forward to. Oh well, next time...

Our sea plane landed, and we got out and stood on the loading platform. It was an awesome site.
This bald eagle was rescued. It suffered a brain injury and cannot fly.
To all those conservatives that doubt global warming...the glacier in this photo went out as far as where I was standing in 1955. In only 50 years it has receded 2.5 miles. It used to take thousands of years for that to happen.
